Through soft yoga, meditation, Reiki healing, and expressive art, this gathering invites you to slow down, release what you’ve been holding, and reconnect with your true self. No pressure, no performance — just a safe, nurturing space to be seen, supported, and to simply be.
When Vegetarian Living Meets Expressive Arts
Step into a unique “Vegcation” experience blending Moroccan vegetarian bites, traditional tea, and expressive arts. Guided by Margaret (Registered Expressive Arts Therapist, AThR), participants discovered new ways to slow down, create, and reconnect — with themselves, with others, and with the vibrant world of plants.
When Movement Meets Expressive Arts
We came together with We Wan Wan to explore how movement and expressive arts can connect body, mind, and nature. Even with a little rain, the experience unfolded beautifully—reminding us that creativity and healing shine through in any weather.
