Who Am I
Margaret Wong
I am an artist, Creative Arts Therapist, and energy healer who weaves creativity, mindfulness, and inner transformation into everything I do.
My work is guided by a simple intention: to help others return to their true self—softly, safely, and with deep clarity.
Through art, subconscious work, meditation, and Reiki healing, I create spaces where people can release old patterns, awaken their inner wisdom, and reconnect with the quiet power that has always lived within them.
Every piece I create and every session I hold carries the same message:
You are whole, guided, and capable of becoming who you came here to be.
The Beginning: A Sensitive Child
From my earliest years, I carried within me an acute awareness of the world. The interplay of light and shadow, the subtle tremors of emotion, the ineffable atmosphere hanging in the air—these layers that others often overlooked drew me in completely.
I didn't know it then, but this was my first encounter with energy itself.
Art as a Language
Art grew alongside me. It became more than a means of creation; it was a way of understanding the world.
Through the artistic process, I witnessed how emotions accumulate, how energy flows, and I glimpsed those unspoken parts that rest in the depths of the human heart.
The Season of Losing Myself
Yet at a certain point in my life, I began to feel myself drifting from my own center.
The expectations of others, the roles I tried to fulfill, and the many versions of who I "should" be—all of these pulled at me, making it increasingly difficult to hear my own authentic voice.
During that period of disorientation, I asked myself a question both direct and soul-shaking:
"When the voices of the world are so loud, where am I in all of this? And if all those voices fell silent, who would I be?"
This question opened the door to a profound inner journey.
The Turning Point: Ten Days of Silence
I began exploring spiritual traditions, energy teachings, and the wisdom of the universe. But what truly brought me into the depths of my being was my first ten-day silent Vipassana retreat.
In those ten days, there were no words, no distractions, no protective shells of identity. Only breath, sensation, thoughts, and emotions—emerging layer by layer.
In that silence, I came to understand deeply:
Emotion is energy. Thought is energy. Pain and longing exist as forms of energy.
They arise, they transform, and eventually, they pass.
A Decade of Practice
From that experience onward, I committed to a meditation practice. For over a decade now, meditation has been my pathway back to inner clarity and to recalibrating my state of being.
Becoming a Healer
Throughout this extended period of exploration, I gradually stepped onto the path of psychotherapy and energy healing. Becoming a Creative Therapist and Reiki Healer felt both destined and responsive.
I have come to believe deeply that:
Healing is not about fixing someone, but about accompanying them as they return to their own center—reconnecting with their inner power and their authentic presence.
Understanding Energy
Through my studies in energy healing, particularly in the practice of Reiki, I have grown ever more certain that everything in this world is composed of energy.
Visible matter is energy. The invisible—emotions, connections, pain, and love—these too are vibrations of energy.
And when energy is allowed to flow, to be witnessed, to be understood, the heart gradually recovers its clarity and stability.
My Way of Working
In my practice, I hold space with steadiness, gentleness, and depth, receiving what others bring and accompanying each person through confusion, uncertainty, and inner transformation.
Because I have walked that path, I understand.
And because I understand, I can offer genuine companionship on another's journey.
