Creating spaces for connection
Sometimes we slow down and notice. Sometimes we play, experiment and discover something unexpected.
Through art, shared making and creative exploration, I create welcoming spaces for people of different ages, backgrounds and abilities to express themselves, connect and explore new possibilities.
There is no single way to take part, and no particular outcome to achieve. Each experience is an invitation to be curious, be present and see what unfolds.
A Glimpse of Past Encounters
Over the years, I've had the pleasure of creating alongside people of different ages, backgrounds and abilities – from children and young people with additional needs to adults and elderly people.
Here are a few moments from the creative workshop and experience I've shared along the way.
01
Art, Nature & Presence
Exploring our connection with ourselves and the natural world
What happens when we slow down and experience the familiar with fresh curiosity?
Co-organized with a vegetarian association, these creative workshops invited participants to explore their relationship with food, plants and nature through mindful observation, sensory experiences and art-making.
Using everyday ingredients, leaves, stones and other natural materials, participants created personal spaces inspired by nourishment, strength and belonging.
Through playful exploration and shared reflection, the workshops offered opportunities to notice, reconnect and discover new ways of experiencing the world around us.
02
A Conversation with Myself
Discovering new perspectives through art and creative writing
What happens when we give our feelings a shape, a colour or a voice?
Originally offered as an introduction to expressive arts therapy, this experiential workshop invited participants to explore the connection between body awareness, imagination and creative expression.
Beginning with guided meditation, participants were encouraged to notice their bodily sensations and translate these experiences into colours, shapes and textures through art-making.
The exploration continued through imaginative writing, giving the artwork its own voice and opening up different ways of relating to our inner experiences.
No artistic skills were required — only curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Under the Full Moon
A gentle encounter with ourselves through movement, art and presence
Held in collaboration with CLESIGN London, this special gathering brought together gentle yoga, guided meditation, Reiki and intuitive art-making.
Inspired by the full moon as a symbol of reflection, release and renewal, participants were invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves and explore their inner experiences through movement, stillness, colour and creative expression.
The gathering offered a welcoming space for self-reflection, curiosity and connection, where the experience of creating mattered more than the finished artwork.
What's Unfolding
New possibilities are taking shape.
I'm continuing to explore new ways of bringing art, play, presence and connection together.
More creative encounters are on their way.
