Expressive Arts Experience with Seniors

Expressive Arts Experience with Seniors

Grandma A: “At first I didn’t even dare to put my brush down, but as I kept painting, I felt more and more relaxed. It was so fun!”
Grandma B: “Such a sense of satisfaction 🌟, I feel so happy!!”
Grandma C: “I never thought I could actually do this ✌🏻~”
Grandma D: “I can feel the unity, such a wonderful spirit of teamwork~”
Grandma E: “It’s like a hundred flowers blooming 🌺🌸🌼”
Grandma F: “So… will you come back again next week? 😊”
Me: “…Hopefully, I’ll get the chance to play together with you all again☺️☺️”

Everyone’s voices, one after another, felt so different compared to the silence when I first entered the room.
This is what art does — it breaks down barriers, opens up communication, and creates joy. Even without any art experience, anyone can enjoy the beauty and benefits of creative expression. And this, truly, is part of my mission ❤️❤️.
