Meeting Yourself Under The Full Moon 《滿月下.與自我相遇》

  • Have you ever felt this way?
    Busy every day, yet with an emptiness inside;
    Doing so many things, yet feeling somehow out of sync with yourself.

    Sometimes the mind just won’t stop,
    The body is tired, yet you can’t find a space to truly relax;
    Emotions stay stuck inside, unclear and unspoken — you only know that
    you wish for a little time to simply be with yourself.

    On this day, I invite you
    to slow down and take a deep breath under the gentle energy of the full moon.
    Let your body rediscover its rhythm through soft, flowing yoga movements;
    Let your mind find quiet and nourishment through meditation and Reiki energy healing —

    Like a warm light dissolving the tension and fatigue in your body and soul,
    gently guiding you back to your inner balance and stability.

    We will also engage in art creation,
    listening to the voice within and seeing yourself as you are in this moment.
    You don’t need to “know how to draw,” nor do you need to perform;
    simply allowing yourself to express freely is more than enough.

    This is a gentle journey with no right or wrong,
    and no need to “do it well.”
    You only need to bring yourself,
    and be willing to give yourself a little time and space — that’s already wonderful.

    I hope that on this day, you can feel:
    You are not alone.
    There is a safe, warm space where you can be seen, accompanied, and accepted.
    We are here, waiting to welcome you back —
    back to yourself.

    你有沒有這樣的時候?
    每天都很忙,但心裡卻覺得空空的;
    明明什麼都在做,卻總覺得自己好像不太在狀態裡。

    有時候,腦袋停不下來,
    身體也累,但卻找不到真正可以放鬆的空間;
    情緒悶在心裡,也說不清到底怎麼了,只知道——
    想有一點時間,好好和自己在一起。

    這天,我想邀請你,
    在滿月的能量陪伴下,慢下來、深呼吸,
    讓身體透過溫和的瑜伽流動,重新找回自己的節奏;
    讓心靈在靜心與靈氣能量療癒中,得到安靜與滋養——

    像一道溫暖的光,穿透身體與心靈的緊繃與疲憊,
    輕輕地帶你回到內在的平衡與穩定。

    我們也會透過藝術創作,
    聽聽內在的聲音,看見此刻的自己,
    你不需要「會畫畫」,也不用表現什麼,
    只要允許自己自在地表達,就足夠了。

    這是一段很溫柔的旅程,沒有對錯,也沒有要「做得好」。
    你只需要帶著你自己,願意給自己一點時間和空間,
    那就已經很棒了。
