Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your session time is reserved especially for you. To honour both your commitment and the preparation that goes into each Reiki experience, the following policy applies to all prepaid bookings: • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session, or failure to attend (no-show), are non-refundable and the full session fee will be charged. If you need to reschedule your appointment: • Rescheduling more than 24 hours before your session may be done without any additional charge. • Rescheduling within 24 hours of your session will incur a 25% rescheduling fee. I understand that genuine emergencies can arise. In such cases, adjustments may be considered at my discretion. Thank you for respecting these boundaries, which allow me to hold a focused, uninterrupted space for every client.
